Balan Madhavan
When he is not pursuing his passion out in the wild in solitary splendour, Balan is busy shooting for travel and lifestyle publications, advertising agencies and tourism boards. The only member of the International League of Conservation Photographers (www.ilcp.com) from India, An Associate of Royal Photographic Society (ARPS), England and an Artiste, Federation Internationale de l'Art Photographique (AFIAP), Balan Madhavan is the winner of the United Nations (UNEP) photography Award, 1992. Plus around 150 awards in various national and international photographic contests, that is, till he stopped competing almost a decade ago. |
